Production Assistant - Nightshift

Job Description About the Role Join our team at Inghams' Further Processing site in Wiri, Auckland, where you'll play a hands‑on role in the final stages of food production. The Role Hours: 30 hours per week Shifts: Monday to Friday, 11:00pm – 5:00am with some rostered weekends. Location: Wiri, Auckland What you'll be doing Processing and inspecting raw materials safely and to quality specification Operating and tending to assembly and disassembly of line machinery Working to individual and group production targets Completing daily cleaning of the processing plant to a high standard Following health and safety requirements when handling equipment, cleaning products and chemicals What we're looking for Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently Someone who follows instructions and procedures well A reliable team player with a strong work ethic Good personal hygiene standards - you'll be working with fresh food in a cool environment Physical fitness -this role involves lifting up to 25kg and moving around the plant including stairs Why Inghams?
