Distribution Team Member - Cambridge

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Dispatch Team Member to join our Cambridge Distribution Centre. Key Responsibilities Picking and packaging customer orders for dispatch Restocking racks with timber products, including weatherboards and mouldings Assisting with truck unloading and goods receipting as required Printing and processing dispatch documentation Maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient workplace Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet customer expectations Qualifications and Experience Motivated and hardworking with a strong commitment to safety Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn with excellent attention to detail Good communicator who enjoys collaboration and takes ownership of responsibilities Experience in timber, building products, warehousing, or distribution industries is advantageous, but not essential Forklift experience is highly valued; willingness to obtain forklift licensing and training will be considered For the right person, there is also an opportunity to gain administration experience and provide backup support to the Site Operations Manager. Employment Details This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with additional overtime hours available during peak periods.
