As an F&B Manager you will lead from the front and guest service comes naturally. From employee performance development to guest satisfaction and engagement, you focus on innovation and efficiencies. Some of the responsibilities include: Lead and oversee five food and beverage outlets including conferencing and banquets. Assist and develop outlet managers to ensure profitable and thriving offerings. Drive performance and engagement with your team, ensuring they receive the right learning and development opportunities to maximize performance and maintain a positive and productive work environment. Develop strong systems and processes within Food and Beverage for effective communication. Maintain strong visibility in operations to support food and beverage teams and develop strong internal relationships. What We Need From You Strong communication skills, ability to manage complex relationships and develop & manage a large team. 4+ years leadership experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment Flexibility to work a range of hours, including evenings, events and public holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
