As a core Occupational Therapist, you’ll be collaborating with other passionate clinicians to provide an interdisciplinary approach to patient care; enhancing health outcomes for patients and whānau, enabling them to reach their full potential. This team works across the five community bases delivering acute care to patients under hospital at home, rehab at home and transitional care, with strong links with inpatient hospital services.
