This role We’re launching the NZ Partly Repairer Ambassador Program, a ~3-month, full‑time (with flexibility), paid internship for a small cohort of sharp, driven graduates who want real responsibility from day one. This is for people who want more than a coffee run and a PowerPoint, and it will lead to a full‑time job for those who truly have an impact. Your job: get repair shops regularly using the Partly platform and keep them there, turning engaged shops into sustained weekly active ones. That means building relationships on the ground, understanding why certain shops aren’t placing orders through us (or are stopping), and removing those barriers. It also means being the human face of Partly in repair shops across NZ, someone repairers actually trust and like talking to. This is not a desk job. You’ll spend the first 1‑2 weeks in our office receiving structured training, then you’ll be out visiting customers across your region. Contract: ~3 months, full‑time with flexibility Start: as soon as possible Location: NZ, field‑based (training in Auckland) What will you do Visit repair shops in your region regularly and build the habit of ordering through Partly Ramp newly onboarded shops through their early jobs Win back shops that are dropping out of the weekly active bucket Understand why shops aren’t placing jobs through us and figure out how to fix it Genuinely help shops optimise and streamline procuring parts Track and improve repairer activity, reporting back on what’s working Build authentic relationships with shop owners and parts managers Feed insights back to the wider business so we keep improving the product and onboarding What we’re looking for A recent graduate with a hunger to learn and get stuck in Common sense and the ability to read a room, this role is about building trust with people who work with their hands for a living A full NZ driver licence (your own car is a big plus) Comfortable being on the road most of the week Organised, self‑directed, and confident working independently Comfortable around automotive professionals, whether from a genuine interest in cars, working on your own vehicle, following motorsport, time in automotive environments, or simply the curiosity and confidence to get up to speed quickly and "talk shop" Please note: if you don’t have all the skills/experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying.
