Role summary Lead complex cross-functional process workstreams and raise the bar for validation, control, and scalability. What you'll do Lead multi-station process changes spanning multiple teams and stakeholders. Define validation strategy + evidence packages for major changes and new processes. Drive systemic defect reduction through layered controls and early detection. Mentor engineers and technicians in structured problem solving and process thinking. Balance speed vs rigour; make clear calls with quantified risk. What we're looking for Proven ownership of complex process systems and factory rollouts.
