Why you’ll love this role: Reporting to the Head ofMarketing, you’ll play a key role in bringing Starbucks New Zealand’s digitalcampaigns and customer moments to life across CRM, loyalty, app, website ande-commerce – creating seamless digital experiences that engage customers anddrive commercial results. This is a high-volume, hands‑onrole in a fast-moving retail environment. Starbucks NZ launches approximatelyseven seasonal promotional campaigns each year, alongside core beverages,Sparks, loyalty moments, app offers and e-commerce activity. You will helpensure these launches go live accurately and on time across every relevantdigital platform, with strong customer journeys, clear reporting and measurablecommercial impact. No two days will look the same.You may be building and sending an EDM, briefing IT on an app update, settingup an ecommerce, checking offer mechanics, reviewing campaign performance orsupporting the wider team to bring a launch to life. Play a key role in the transitionto a new digital platform, while optimising CRM, loyalty, EDMs, pushnotifications and app messages to drive engagement, retention and growth. Coordinate digital campaignlaunches across CRM, loyalty, app, website and e-commerce, ensuring activitygoes live accurately, consistently and on time. Manage day-to-day website ande-commerce updates, including products, pricing, imagery, banners, landingpages, promotional codes and campaign content aligned to the seasonalpromotional calendar. Collaborate with internalstakeholders, agencies and digital partners, using campaign performance andcustomer behaviour insights to improve engagement, loyalty, digital sales andcampaign revenue. What you will bring to the role: You will have huge energy, intrinsic drive and resilience,and will have: Minimumof 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, e-commerce orcustomer lifecycle marketing, ideally within retail, hospitality, FMCG oranother consumer-facing brand. Stronghands‑on experience with CRM tools, loyalty platforms, email marketing andcustomer journey automation. Experiencewith CRM platforms, loyalty platforms, Shopify, Klaviyo or similar tools,Google Analytics and digital reporting tools. Skilledin Adobe Creative Suite with an eye for layout, design and digitalstorytelling Excellentanalytical ability with a passion for using data to understand customerbehaviour and improve performance. Strongproject management skills with the ability to manage multiple streams forwork across shifting priorities. Wellorganised, self-motivated and effective at managing deadlines in adynamic, fast paced environment Exceptionalstakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to workacross multi-disciplinary teams Aproactive mindset, openness to learning and drive to continually improveand evolve. Commercialmindset and understanding of how digital activity drives customerengagement frequency, retention, loyalty participation, app usage, ecommerceand campaign revenue.
