The Role This is a senior, client-facing architectural opportunity within a dedicated healthcare team. You will lead relationships with key clients and stakeholders while driving the delivery of complex healthcare projects across New Zealand. You will play an integral role in shaping project outcomes, guiding internal teams, and contributing to the continued growth of the healthcare sector. With a clear pathway into a broader leadership position, this role suits someone looking to step beyond delivery and into greater influence across clients, projects, and the practice. Role Requirements Proven New Zealand experience delivering healthcare, hospital, or complex institutional projects Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead relationships and build trust Demonstrated experience leading projects through all stages Proficient in Revit High level of technical capability and coordination Ability to lead and mentor teams NZ Registered Architect or equivalent, with proven NZ experience What's in it for you?
