## Project Manager - StructuresApplylocations: Aucklandtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: July 18, 2026 (24 days left to apply)job requisition id: R25925**Mō te tūranga | About the role**At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the support, tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.**Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family**With the work ahead, were looking for **Project Managers** to join our civil business, a division in **Auckland,** specialising in infrastructure construction, based around reinforced concrete at medium to large scale.This diverse portfolio, will include work in the following areas:* Deep shaft construction for **pump stations, pipelines*** **Bridges,** retaining walls and complex structural works* Underpasses for **transport structures and rail crossings*** **Wastewater treatment plants** and **water treatment facilities*** **Major infrastructure projects** such and upcoming **Water Infrastructure projects.**As a **Project Manager,** you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale roading and infrastructure projects, typically involving multiple work fronts, complex staging, and high-profile stakeholders.You’ll take full ownership of programme, safety, quality, and commercial performance including budget management, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration while leading a sizeable project team and acting as the primary face of the project to our clients, partners, and key stakeholders.Your capability will be comfortable medium to large scale ($50m+ projects).**Your experience will be resonate with the following:*** **Project Delivery & Planning** – Lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring coordinated, compliant programmes and methodologies.* **Site Management & Operations** – Manage day-to-day site activities to deliver safe, high-quality work that meets programme, HSE, and environmental requirements.* **Client Liaison & Stakeholder Management** – Own client and stakeholder relationships through clear communication, proactive issue resolution, and effective management of programme, scope, and constraints.* **Budget Control & Commercial Management** – Own project financials, driving budgeting, cost control, procurement, and contract management to protect and grow margin.* **Leadership & Team Culture** – Lead and develop the team, fostering accountability, high performance, and a collaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and delivery.
