Roaming Business Manager (Finance and Insurance) About the role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Roaming Business Manager (F&I) to support our dealership network across New Zealand. This Auckland-based role involves regular travel to our branches nationwide to provide operational support, maximise Finance & Insurance (F&I) performance, assist sales teams, and help drive branch profitability and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong automotive sales and F&I experience who enjoys variety, travel, and working with different teams to achieve outstanding results. About you Engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service throughout the car buying process. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our stock, highlighting features and benefits to match customers' preferences. Utilize effective sales techniques to promote vehicles, ensuring monthly sales targets are consistently met and exceeded. Offer finance and insurance products when appropriate, providing customers with comprehensive options and facilitating the purchasing process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Collaborate closely with the team to exchange best practices, support one another, and collectively achieve team goals. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the market. To be successful in this position, our ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a used vehicle dealership environment (essential). Proven experience selling finance, insurance, warranties, and other value-added products. Strong automotive sales skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The ability to quickly adapt to different branch environments and build rapport with customers and team members. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the confidence to work independently when required. The ability to coach, support, and share best practices with sales teams across the network. A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to improve sales performance and profitability. A valid New Zealand Driver Licence (Restricted or higher). Willingness and ability to travel throughout New Zealand as required. NZ Residency, a valid NZ Work Visa, or the legal right to work in New Zealand.
