Kitchensand Bathrooms are key inspirational areas within our store with an excitingrange of products. The key to all of this is really listening to our customers’requirements and presenting the right solutions regardless of the project onhand. Reportingto the Showroom Department Head you will be responsible for: Designing effectivekitchen and bathroom layouts that meet customer needs using our WINNERdesign software Designing workablekitchens and bathrooms ensuring full specification provided to thecustomer Plan and maintainregular customer liaison including timely prepared quotations Liaise with customerregarding the installation/progress dates Face to face and overthe phone sales Providing our customerswith excellent product advice plus handy tips for them to walk away with For thisposition we are looking for someone who has: Drive and enthusiasmwith an absolute passion for customer service excellence The ability to thinklaterally, identify solutions and be creative Ability to cope withtime sensitive tasks and working under pressure Strong liaison andgreat communication skills with the ability to meet and exceed theexpectations of senior management, other staff, builders, suppliers,existing and new DIY and Trade customers alike Great attention todetail and accuracy Customer focused with afriendly and approachable manner The willingness tolearn and expand into new areas Kitchen designexperience would be advantageous Your ability to confidently recommend and sell appropriate products is needed, alongwith your proven industry knowledge. Experience in a similar environment isdesirable, however excellent customer service and sales skills are the key tobeing successful in this role.
