Job Summary Oasis Custodial Services is hiring a Commercial Porter to provide day-to-day cleaning and maintenance for various commercial properties. The Porter will be responsible for ensuring that common areas of office buildings, shopping plazas, and other commercial locations are clean, orderly, and welcoming. Location: Various Locations Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Pay Rate: To be discussed Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, entrances, and high-traffic areas of commercial properties. Vacuum and mop floors, clean windows, and ensure that public spaces are spotless. Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and ensure proper disposal. Restock paper products and toiletries in restrooms and break rooms. Address immediate cleaning needs, such as spills or litter in common areas. Clean and sanitize commercial restrooms and break areas to meet health standards Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas in business settings Ability to properly use commercial-grade cleaning equipment Follow specific cleaning protocols for different types of commercial spaces Adhere to safety standards and proper handling of industrial cleaning chemicals Report any larger maintenance issues or safety concerns to management. Requirements Previous experience as a Porter or in commercial cleaning is preferred. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in busy environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants and clients. Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Flexibility to handle occasional evening or weekend work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
