Corporate and Finance Lawyer

We are seeking a transactional lawyer to join our high-performing Corporate and Finance team. About the role: You will work alongside three Partners with significant international experience. You will act for leading national and international clients on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions. You will join a team with specialist expertise in: Asset and aviation finance (primarily international) Property finance Project finance (energy and infrastructure) Acquisition finance Mergers and acquisitions Corporate advisory and structuring From the outset, you will be supported to develop your technical skills, build client relationships, and grow confidence across a variety of complex and interesting matters. About you: You are a commercially minded transactional lawyer with 2-6+ years’ PQE and a genuine interest in corporate and finance law. Admitted in New Zealand or another common law jurisdiction A strong client service focus and desire to add value Relevant experience in the corporate and/or banking & finance sectors A proactive attitude and strong work ethic The ability to work with a good level of autonomy Excellent written, verbal, and technical skills A collaborative, down-to-earth and team-orientated approach Why Holland Beckett?
