Key Account Manager Foodservice & Industrial Accounts

Job Description We are looking for a Key Account Manager Foodservice & Industrial Accounts to join our New Zealand Sales team, based in Newmarket . Our portfolio includes condiments, sauces, cheese, dairy, meals, meats, beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and many other grocery items. Key Position Responsibilities Develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards. Sell to targeted new accounts. Identify and lock potential new accounts. Establish, negotiate and lock plans into agreement in line with company policies and budget. Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field and follow up implementation at the operational level. Develop work with key accounts and internal units to develop tailored product solutions. Monitor performance and compliance to agreement, taking corrective action where appropriate. Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals. Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and work in a manner that contributes to the company’s vision. Qualifications Strong background in FMCG. Experience working with large retailers. Negotiation and influencing skills. Demonstrates positivity, resilience, problem solving, proactivity and initiative within their team. Tertiary qualification with a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
