The opportunity – Te tūranga As Executive Business Support Manager reporting to the Chief News & Content Officer, you will focus on supporting and driving operational effectiveness for the Chief News & Content Officer and the leadership team, ensuring delivery with purpose, pace and accountability. The role spans department operations, compliance, financial management and supports cross‑functional workflows. You will play a critical role in enabling a One Team approach, ensuring teams and output are aligned with TVNZ's FY30 Strategy and Audience Strategy. The focus will be on strategic and operational support, leadership team coordination, governance and compliance, financial management, and team leadership of two direct reports.
