Leadership advisor support is provided face to face and remotely, one to one, in clusters or via larger groups/ seminars/presentations/wānanga. The regional leadership advisor roles need principals with successful and rich experience in the primary and/or secondary sectors who have the ability to work across the wide range of state and state integrated schools. Leadership advisors report to a director of education, are in the Te Mahau leadership team and work alongside an integrated team to support schools and school leaders. You will also be supported nationally by a chief advisor and the network of leadership advisors across New Zealand.
