Whangarei based | Part-time (5 hours per fortnight) Are you organised, detail-focused and confident supporting meetings, administration and local community connections? We’re looking for an Association Administration Support person to provide practical administrative support to the local Association and Association Chair. In this role, you’ll help keep Association activity running smoothly by preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes, maintaining action lists, coordinating key meeting logistics, monitoring emails, supporting basic financial administration, and helping maintain local membership and stakeholder information. You’ll also play a part in supporting the promotion of the local Association and building strong local connections that contribute to the Association’s work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, working behind the scenes to support others, and contributing to meaningful community-focused mahi. About the role You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of Association operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and distributing action lists Supporting with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up Maintaining the local membership database and stakeholder networks Supporting local promotion and community engagement initiatives This is a part-time role of 5 hours per fortnight , ideal for someone looking to contribute meaningfully within their local community.
