Our passion is delivering seamlessly executed events that leave clients and guests in awe. Responsibilities Develop creative concepts, themes and detailed run‑sheets. Liaise closely with clients to understand their vision and budget. Source, negotiate and manage relationships with venues, caterers, suppliers and contractors. Create, monitor and report on event budgets. Oversee marketing and promotion (social media, print, PR). Ensure compliance with health & safety, liquor, gaming and venue regulations. Lead on‑site logistics and manage staff, volunteers and contractors during events. Conduct post‑event debriefs, prepare evaluation reports and identify opportunities for improvement. Organise and coordinate services for conferences, events, functions, banquets and seminars. Qualifications Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Hospitality, Event Management or a related field OR at least 2‑3 years’ relevant experience or managing any business. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Hands‑on experience in budgeting, supplier management and event logistics preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and event‑planning software preferred. Creative mindset, attention to detail and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. Class2 Truck licence would be preferred as the manager may be required to drive a truck occasionally in absence of driving staff. What We Offer Competitive wage: NZD $32 - $33 per hour.
