We're on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Hand to join the crew at Walter Peak - Colonel's Homestead. As Kitchen Hand, you'll be a key part of keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You'll ensure dishes are cleaned efficiently, workspaces are spotless, and everything is in place for our chefs to work their magic. It's a behind-the-scenes role that's absolutely essential to the success of our food service. What you'll be doing: Cleaning dishes and kitchen equipment Maintaining high hygiene standards Keeping the kitchen and galley areas clean and organised at all times Assisting with stock handling Supporting the team with general kitchen tasks Contributing to the overall smooth running of our Queenstown operations Safety for customers and staff is always a top priority What you'll bring: Strong work ethic Great attention to detail Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is a bonus (but attitude and willingness to pitch in matters most) What's in it for you?
