It is a leadership position that goes beyond a standard maintenance supervisor, offering an opportunity to influence systems, standards and culture across a major mining operation. About the Role As the Mobile Plant & Workshop Supervisor, you will lead all mobile maintenance and workshop operations to ensure equipment reliability, safety and performance across the site. You will play a key leadership role in managing maintenance execution, developing personnel capability and ensuring the fleet is maintained to the highest operational standards.
