Job Details Job Title: Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator Location: Auckland, NZ Job Type: Full‑time About the Role We seek a motivated Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Auckland. The role involves day‑to‑day stock tracking, supplier coordination, and logistics administration. Candidates should show potential, adaptability, and strong organizational skills. A foundation in warehousing, logistics support, retail inventory, or general administration is required, and a willingness to learn supply‑chain operations quickly is essential. Key Responsibilities Monitor and update stock levels across inventory systems, ensuring physical counts match digital records and tracking incoming shipments. Collaborate with local and international suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve dispatch delays. Identify stock discrepancies or delivery bottlenecks, investigate missing items, and suggest simple methods to speed up inventory turnaround. Maintain accurate product data, process purchase orders, and compile basic inventory and freight reports for management. Requirements & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse office, retail stockroom management, logistics support, or general administrative role (entry‑level or recent graduates welcomed). Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow up confidently with transport partners and suppliers. General comfort using Microsoft Excel (updates, basic filtering, data entry); familiarity with inventory or ERP software such as SAP, MYOB, or Xero is a plus. Structured, methodical mindset with strong attention to detail; enjoys physical or digital organizing and troubleshooting transit issues. Education: Degree, diploma, logistics certificate, or equivalent practical work experience with a strong willingness to learn. Pay From $5,800.00 per month.
