We enable people to live their best lives and empower our teams to realize their full potential. Looking for an energetic Lead Physiotherapist to join our Auckland clinic. You will introduce process improvements and drive your team towards success and further clinical development whilst ensuring our clients get the best possible support. This role offers a diverse client range where you will work on a variety of cases and rehabilitation programmes. You will work autonomously and maintain a clinical caseload in addition to mentoring your team. Main responsibilities: Work with the Clinical / Service Leads to ensure high quality service Consider client feedback to develop best practice / process improvements for the clinic / region Deliver personalised solutions for rehabilitation services and products Work on a diverse and exciting caseload, determining appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans The benefits of working with us: We offer market competitive salary, ensuring that our teams feel valued Monthly bonus scheme aimed at boosting your earnings!
