Te Haeata / The Opportunity Are you an experienced Application Support Analyst looking for an opportunity to showcase your expertise in supporting Microsoft products such as SharePoint and MS Teams? We are on the lookout for an exceptional addition to our growing team, potentially someone with 2+ years’ experience with the products we use. We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst who will be able to deliver and support significant digital solutions and be part of a growing team of digital services specialists managing strategic platforms for the Ministry. You will work closely with a range of IT professionals within your team as well as stakeholders from various business groups across the Ministry. The Applications Support Analyst is a key role engaging with business users to resolve incidents and gather data to assist in the identification of defects and problem records. To be effective in the role, the Application Support Analyst will maintain a working knowledge of Ministry processes and procedures used to deliver Justice services. Ōpūkenga / Skills and Experience Experience supporting users to maximise their use of SharePoint, M365 apps, and Azure DevOps. Experience developing SharePoint solutions and/or PowerShell desirable. Aptitude and willingness to learn advanced M365 tools such as Purview or Power Platform. Maintain application support processes, collect performance statistics and report creation. An ability to understand Information Management best practice, or a willingness to learn this side of our work is helpful. Excellent communication skills. Responding to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution. A desire for continuous learning and product application is essential.
