Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role We are looking for a team member to join us in providing bargains, championing sustainability and participating in local public good initiatives. You will thrive in our fast‑paced environment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done without compromising service standards. Success is a team effort, whether it be restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, or providing excellent customer service. If your store contains an online fulfillment function, you will also ensure online orders are efficiently picked from the shelves, packed, and that the picking and shelf processes are followed correctly to maximise shelf availability. Responsibilities Restock shelves and maintain store presentation. Clean and organise store areas. Provide excellent customer service. Assist with online order fulfilment when applicable. Safely handle lifting and climbing ladders as required. Qualifications Experience in a customer‑facing role (retail or hospitality) is beneficial but not required. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and undertake some heavy lifting.
