Responsibilities Full‑cycle sales: prospect, qualify, demo the platform and close contracts. Own and develop the NZ independent repairer territory, building relationships with repairers and local supplier networks. Translate Partly’s technical capabilities into tangible value for repairers, explaining how the platform saves time and removes procurement headaches. Consultative selling: advise on procurement processes, respond confidently to objections and present infrastructure‑first messaging. High‑velocity hunting: execute consistent outbound outreach (calls, e‑mails, LinkedIn) to generate a self‑sustaining pipeline. Collaborate with RevOps and Customer Success pods to ensure smooth hand‑offs and optimal time‑to‑live for new users. Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting in CRM, communicating risks and next‑step cadences for 15–25 active opportunities. Provide feedback to Product, Engineering and GTM teams on objection patterns, integration needs and invoicing quirks to improve win rates. Qualifications & Skills 2–4+ years as a top‑performing SDR or AE in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong understanding of software sales processes and proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Surfe, etc.). Resilient, proactive, and comfortable turning objections into value conversations. Process‑driven mindset: manage a high‑velocity pipeline with attention to detail and suggest improvements. Credible communicator: confident with senior ops, excellent e‑mail/proposal craft, calm objection handling and pitching complex technical solutions. Technically curious: willing to learn repairer workflows and systems (e.g., BMS, invoicing) and translate them into practical implementation steps. Growth mindset: record and review calls, seek daily improvement and actively work toward 1% betterment. Ownership: proactive, resourceful and accountable for outcomes. Collision / parts domain knowledge preferred but not required. Benefits Healthy catered lunches every workday at Auckland, Christchurch, London and SanFrancisco offices.
