Spa Concierge - Part time Note: you must already have work rights in New Zealand to be considered for this role. We are looking for a warm, professional and service-focused Spa Concierge to join our beautiful Chuan Spa team at Cordis, Auckland. As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will play an important role in creating a calm, welcoming and memorable experience from arrival through to departure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering personalised service in a luxury hotel environment. Key Responsibilities Greeting and farewelling guests in a warm, professional and welcoming manner Managing spa bookings, appointments and guest enquiries accurately Supporting the coordination of treatment schedules and guest communication Processing payments, cashiering tasks and reception administration Promoting Chuan Spa treatments, memberships and retail products Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation across spa public areas Assisting with stock checks, product displays and general spa operations Building strong working relationships with the spa team and other hotel departments Ensuring guest requests, feedback and special requirements are communicated and followed up About you Previous experience in customer service, reception, spa, hotel or luxury service environment Excellent communication skills with a warm and professional approach Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks Confidence in handling bookings, guest enquiries and administration A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative Good time management and organisational skills A team-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships Confidence in promoting services and retail products Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays Benefits Discounts on dining and accommodation Free nights at our overseas hotels Staff meals provided Discounted parking ($5 per day) Freshly pressed uniform provided each shift Milestone Service benefits Opportunities to grow your career within Langham Hospitality Group Be proud to work at New Zealand’s largest hotel #J-18808-Ljbffr
