TRT is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Parts Interpreter / Store Person to join our Auckland team. The Role As a Junior Parts Interpreter / Store Person, you'll play an important role supporting both our customers and workshop teams. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with parts enquiries Learning to identify and source parts Receiving and checking incoming stock Picking, packing, and dispatching orders Maintaining accurate inventory records Assisting with stock takes and inventory control Keeping the parts store organised and presentable Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone Supporting the wider Parts team as required This is a varied role where no two days are the same. About You We’re looking for attitude and potential more than experience. You’ll ideally have: A willingness to learn and develop new skills Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills A reliable and professional approach to work The ability to work well in a team environment A genuine interest in the trucking, transport, automotive, or heavy equipment industry Experience in retail, warehousing, customer service, automotive, engineering, farming, transport, or trades environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
