We’re looking for an Account Manager who loves the pace of agency life and thrives on bringing digital work to life from brief to launch. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, where you’ll sit at the centre of delivery and play a key role in how work gets done. The Opportunity You’ll work across large, well‑known New Zealand brands, delivering a mix of CRM communications, website updates, and integrated campaigns. You’ll be right in the middle of delivery, managing a mix of BAU and campaign work, attending WIPs, shaping briefs, and working closely with creative and strategy to keep things moving and deliver work to a high standard. What You’ll Be Doing Be the day‑to‑day client contact, owning briefs, comms and delivery Run projects end to end across CRM, digital and web Turn client briefs into clear, actionable direction, and manage through with internal teams Keep things moving, managing timelines, priorities and multiple workstreams at once Lead WIPs and manage feedback with confidence Work closely with creative, strategy and production to deliver work to a high standard What We’re Looking For Experience in a digital or creative agency environment Comfortable managing multiple projects at once without dropping the ball Confident working directly with clients and different stakeholder styles Able to bring clarity to unclear briefs and keep things on track Highly organised, detail‑focused, and good under pressure Exposure to large, enterprise‑level brands is a bonus You’re someone who enjoys being in the thick of it, stays calm when things ramp up, and takes real ownership of getting work delivered well.
