We are on the hunt for a handyman/maintenance technician to join our team. A varied role that includes a range of maintenance tasks from general handyman tasks, property repairs and maintenance, water blasting, gutter cleaning, yard maintenance and lawn care. Responsibilities include: Perform general handyman tasks and property repairs. Maintain and repair facilities, including water blasting and gutter cleaning. Conduct yard maintenance and lawn care. Assist with maintenance projects as needed. Required qualifications: Excellent problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail and a can‑do attitude. Ability to work independently and with a team environment. Reliable, friendly, and professional manner. Can work without direct supervision.
