We are looking for a skilled, safety-conscious, and motivated Three Waters Foreperson to join our growing Civil Projects team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator or leading hand looking to step up, take ownership of site delivery, and make a tangible impact on our region's infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Site Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate your on-site team to ensure daily targets and project milestones are met. Project Delivery: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. Health & Safety: Maintain our uncompromising commitment to safety, ensuring all site operations comply with H&S policies and environmental standards. Quality Control: Ensure work is completed strictly to project specifications, managing materials, plant, and resources efficiently. Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to troubleshoot on-site challenges and keep projects moving smoothly. What We Are Looking For: Proven Civil Experience: Strong background in civil construction, specifically working with three waters infrastructure. Certificates in Plumbing and/or Drainlaying, OR NZ Certificates in Pipeline Construction & Maintenance (Level 3 or 4). Leadership Skills: Natural ability to lead a crew, delegate effectively, and foster a positive, productive team environment. Technical Savvy: Ability to read and interpret construction plans, survey data, and design specifications. A clean NZ Class 1 license is essential (Class 2 or above and endorsement wheels/tracks/rollers is a massive plus). What's in it for you?
