This role is a permanent, full-time position, working 32 hours per week across rostered shifts, so flexibility is essential. We offer top hourly rates, incredible allowances and great staff benefits! Responsibilities Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care. Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills Work collaboratively with other team members Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families. About you You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have: Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate Strong nursing experience, aged care – even better! Up to date knowledge of wound care management Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
