We’re now looking for a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join our Digital Technology Team in Christchurch and play a key role in our Drive:365 Programme — migrating our legacy DMS into Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations. What You’ll Be Doing Lead fit‑gap analysis and functional design Configure and optimise D365 modules, workflows, and controls Translate business requirements into scalable, standard (“vanilla”) solutions Support data migration, testing, cutover, and hyper‑care activities Provide hands‑on functional support, including issue resolution and root cause analysis Partner with implementation vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery Drive process standardisation, data quality, and governance improvements Contribute to the Drive:365 roadmap, shaping how the business operates in the future What We’re Looking For Essential At least 3 years’ experience as a D365 Functional Consultant Strong Finance and/or Supply Chain expertise Ability to confidently lead conversations with business stakeholders Experience working in ERP transformation or implementation environments Highly Desirable Experience with Autoline or other DMS platforms Understanding of data migration, integrations, and reconciliation processes Experience working with implementation partners or vendors Key Strengths Excellent communication skills — able to engage teams and senior stakeholders Strong analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving Ability to balance best practice vs practical business needs A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset Why Join Us?
