Food & Beverage Attendant As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will create memorable dining experiences for guests across our restaurants, bars and event spaces. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service, paying close attention to detail and ensuring every guest enjoys a WOW experience. Responsibilities Work across all Food and Beverage areas, maintaining high standards of service and presentation. Upsell and respond to guest feedback to enhance satisfaction. Provide accurate recommendations using your knowledge of beer, wine and spirits. Address guest concerns with professionalism and care. Ensure food safety standards are met and carefully accommodate allergy or dietary requirements. Skills & Experience At least 1 year of previous Food and Beverage experience in New Zealand. Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong knowledge of beer, wine and spirits. Impeccable presentation and grooming.
