Why You’ll Love Working With Us Opportunities to give back through community programs About the Role We’re seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to join our Bracing & Support team in New Zealand. Based in Auckland, you’ll lead sales efforts, deliver exceptional customer support, and drive growth in innovative product ranges, including FIOR & GENTZ neuro orthotics. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the ANZ Regional Manager - North. Conduct product demonstrations, patient fittings, and clinical education. Implement effective selling and negotiation strategies to ensure territory profitability. Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing outstanding service. Represent Össur at industry conferences and events to boost brand awareness. Identify opportunities for training and development to ensure continued market leadership. What You’ll Bring Demonstrated sales experience with a history of achieving targets and strong negotiation skills. A proven background in healthcare (e.g., physiotherapy, orthotics/prosthetics) preferred but not essential. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
