A Reputed FMCG Company, Madhawaliya, Bhairahawa, Nepal Job Summary Company: A Reputed FMCG Company Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Madhawaliya, Bhairahawa, Nepal Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Finance & Accounts Head / Director Position Overview A reputed FMCG company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, inventory accounting, cost control, budgeting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Food / FMCG manufacturing industry and be capable of maintaining accurate financial records and timely management reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with tax laws, VAT, TDS, and regulatory requirements. Monitor inventory valuation and cost accounting. Coordinate internal and external audits. Reconcile bank accounts, vendors, customers, and general ledger accounts. Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management review. Supervise and guide the accounts team. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal control systems. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree / CA / ACCA preferred. Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Food / FMCG manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of Nepal Accounting Standards, taxation, VAT, TDS, and financial reporting. Proficiency in ERP / accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
