Comfortech is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to take full ownership of the Golden Triangle region. With 80% of sales driven out of Auckland and coverage spanning North Taupo, Hamilton, the Bay of Plenty, and parts of Northland, this is a high-impact territory with significant potential. Comfortech is a leading provider of commercial interior fit‑out solutions, partnering with contractors, specifiers, and installers across New Zealand. With a strong pipeline of work and a clear commercial strategy in place, this role is focused on delivery, growth, and performance. About The Role Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Account Managers and 3 Customer Service Representatives Drive regional revenue, margin, and overall sales performance Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractors, customers, and suppliers Stay actively involved in major projects from early engagement through to supply Partner closely with specification and technical teams to deliver complete solutions Identify and capitalise on new commercial opportunities across the region About You A strong understanding of the commercial construction market (residential experience considered with solid commercial exposure) Demonstrated success growing sales, accounts, or regional performance Be a confident people leader able to bring together different experience levels and personalities Well established industry relationships across contractors, installers, or suppliers Must be Auckland based Why Join Comfortech?
