Maintenance Estimator

Estimator We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Estimator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is supporting a busy team through a high-volume tender period. About the Role Working within a team, you’ll prepare accurate, commercially sound quotes across maintenance and minor works projects. Key responsibilities Preparing cost estimates for maintenance, variations, and minor works Reviewing scopes, drawings, and specifications Analysing labour, materials, and subcontractor costs Obtaining and reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotes Supporting tender submissions Managing multiple quotes across tight deadlines You’ll be stepping into a high-volume environment, helping keep tenders moving and supporting the wider team to meet critical deadlines. About You You’ll be confident working at pace, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working autonomously. You’ll bring: 3–5 years’ estimating experience Experience in pricing maintenance works or minor works Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to work independently and hit the ground running If you’re available and looking for a fast‑paced contract where you can add value quickly, we’d love to hear from you.
