You'll manage check-in, sell Milford Sound Experience products and excursions, and help our guests have the best possible day. We are on the search for an engaging and genuine sales champion, someone who can ensure that all our guests receive amazing service as they - check in, purchase a ticket for our cruise, enquire about other experiences within our business, or selling retail before heading out of Milford Sound. You will be organising daily manifests for vessels, completing bookings for flights on fixed wing or helicopter to Queenstown on the daily & working closely with the vessel Team Leaders to ensure they have all correct documentation for departures.
