Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Disability Support Services needs assessment and service coordination team (NASC) across the Bay of Plenty and Lakes districts. Work closely with assessors and other administrative staff to coordinate service delivery. Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping and client communication. Communicate with clients face‑to‑face and by telephone on a daily basis. Adapt to new challenges and an ever‑changing organisational landscape. Qualifications and Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work within an open‑plan office and team environment. Well‑developed computer skills, high attention to detail and outstanding time‑management skills. Ability to work well under pressure, maintain professionalism, show a positive and flexible attitude, and a good sense of humour.
