This role offers diverse and meaningful clinical work across trauma, attachment, neurodevelopmental conditions, and complex mental health presentations, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice, sustainable caseloads, and ongoing professional growth.**About the Team/Service/Location**The Adolescent Mental Health Team in Tauranga is a collaborative multidisciplinary service made up of psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, psychiatrists, and community partners working together to support rangatahi and their whānau. The service provides a clear pathway for psychological intervention, including psychometric assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic support. The team is committed to high standards of clinical care, ongoing supervision, and professional development, with access to hospital wide forums, peer support, networking opportunities, and a dedicated CPD budget for psychologists. Based in Tauranga, the service combines rewarding clinical practice with a connected coastal lifestyle.****Click here**** **to learn more about the Bay of Plenty****About You**You will be a skilled and compassionate Registered Psychologist who is passionate about supporting rangatahi and whānau through complex mental health challenges. You bring strong clinical reasoning, confidence in assessment and formulation, and the ability to build therapeutic relationships within a culturally responsive framework.
