Production Team Member

What You’ll Be Doing We have a full-time opportunity for a motivated self‑reliant individual to join our growing team as a production / assembly line worker in Christchurch. It’s an afternoon shift working Monday to Thursday 2:30pm to 12am and Friday 2:30pm to 6.30pm. There is also the option to work overtime on Saturdays when demands require it. This role will ideally suit a hands‑on, self‑motivated person who is willing and passionate about turning up and working hard. Training will be provided. You will have the opportunity to learn from a quality team and grow to be a key member of our successful production team. You will be working in the general assembly of the components and hardware of sectional garage doors for residential or industrial use, while working closely with our knowledgeable team who will be there to offer support and guidance. You’ll be part of a group that is passionate and proud of what they do, enabling you to drive your career forward as part of our friendly B&D team. We are a safety‑first environment, so you will be required to wear PPE (gloves, safety glasses and helmets when necessary).
