Software Engineer - Conversational AI

Responsibilities Provide technical Leadership of assigned features Product Requirements Identification, Analysis, Design and Documentation Software Implementation - Build, Test, Integration, Deployment and Documentation Key Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline 5+ years experience in a software testing role In depth knowledge of the Application lifecycle Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style Ability to communicate technical complexities to internal and external customers Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A practical mindset and the ability to ask good questions and seek guidance when needed Technologies we use AI, ASR, NLU, TTS, IVR, Chatbots AWS technologies: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3 Jira, Git This role is home based, but you will be required to come to the office for team meeting days.
