You will also: Manage targets and sales figures Motivate, mentor and lead a team Implement self-starter promotions and new business initiatives Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels Be the glue that holds the counter together. About You We are seeking a Beauty Counter Manager to join our team who has: Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targets. A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves. Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, ideally a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry. Great time management, problem solving and communication skills. Experience managing a small team would also be an advantage. This position is full time and involves working on a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
