Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor / Senior Advisor Are you ready to drive a safer, healthier workplace across NewZealand’s Intelligence Community? Depending on your experience you can join us as an Advisor (early/mid‑career) or step straight into the Senior Advisor role (experienced). Joining us you’ll be at the centre of our health, safety & wellbeing (HSW) programme, partnering with frontline teams, site managers and HSW Representatives to embed a strong safety culture. What you’ll do Serve as the primary business partner for frontline groups, championing safe work practices. Support and, where appropriate, lead projects that improve safety performance and critical‑risk management. Build relationships that promote a culture of safety, inclusion and employee engagement. Appointment range $87,048 – $92,851 , dependent on experience. 4+years of HSW experience with deep knowledge of systems, risk management and reporting. Proven project‑management capability and a pragmatic problem‑solving style. Demonstrated coaching/mentoring ability and a passion for developing others. Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, adaptable to varied audiences. Self‑motivation, advanced time‑management and organisational competence.
