And Farizon is rolling out the next wave of electric commercial vehicles into a market that’s only just waking up to what’s possible. The volume is climbing fast. The delivery pipeline is climbing faster. And that’s where you come in. To keep up with the pace, we’re creating a dedicated Pre Delivery Coordinator / Service Advisor role to take ownership of our new vehicle pipeline across all three brands, and to flex into the Service Advisor seat when needed. It’s a role for someone who thrives on coordination, takes pride in detail, and wants a front row seat as three of the fastest growing brands in the country keep stacking the numbers up. About the role This isn’t a front counter only gig. With this much volume moving through the doors, the heart of this role sits behind the scenes, running the new vehicle pipeline from yard arrival through PDI, accessory fitment, compliance and final quality check, so that every Sales handover lands on time and on standard, no matter how busy it gets. Around 60 to 70 percent of the role is pure coordinator work, managing the flow, talking to Sales, Parts, the workshop, external vendors and keeping every brand’s PDI process running clean. The rest is supporting our Service Advisor with customer facing work and stepping fully into the SA seat to cover leave and peak periods. Day to day, you’ll Coordinate the end to end pre delivery process across Geely, Zeekr and Farizon, every brand, every PDI, every delivery date Plan and schedule PDIs in line with confirmed handover dates and keep Sales updated on pipeline status Manage EV specific prep for Zeekr and Farizon, charging, software updates and high voltage checks Coordinate accessory orders and fitment with Parts so every vehicle leaves spec’d to the customer’s order Run the final quality check before each vehicle is released for handover, the buck stops with you Step into the Service Advisor role to provide cover for leave, absence and peak demand, and support customer facing service work as needed Keep PDI records, compliance docs, registration and warranty activation accurate and on time About you You’re an organiser by nature, the kind of person who keeps a dozen plates spinning without dropping any, and quietly enjoys it. You’re calm under pressure, sharp on detail, and you understand that the difference between a good handover and a great one is the work nobody sees.
