Job Description
Based in our Dunedin office Permanent part-time (55 hours per fortnight) Shifts between 8:30am and 4:30pm, including one weekend per fortnight Starting rate of $27.39 per hour Mō te tūnga | About the role As a Schedule Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of support services by building positive working relationships with Support Workers and Service Managers. Through effective roster coordination, you will help ensure the people we support receive uninterrupted services. This is a fast‑paced role where you will manage rosters, coordinate cover for planned and unplanned absences, and communicate regularly with Support Workers by phone. Success in this role requires strong organisation, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and adaptable while balancing changing priorities. Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring Previous administration experience, with scheduling or rostering experience highly desirable. Confidence using computer systems and the aptitude to learn new systems quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organised and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
