About the Role The Scheduling & Plans Support Administrator is a newly created role based at CARTERS Auckland Manufacturing Frame & Truss Plant in East Tamaki. Working closely with an assigned group of Account Managers you will ensure architectural plans are entered accurately for pricing, and that approved orders are promptly scheduled for manufacturing. A key part of the role is optimising production dates against customer timeframes, through proactive scheduling coordination and liaison with internal and external stakeholders. You can expect to do the following while applying the following skills and experience: Strong numerical and analytical ability to review and interpret architecturial plans promptly actioning any changes required High attention to detail to enter bulk Frame & Truss manufacturing orders ensuring all required information is complete Strong skillset in organization and prioritisation to manage the manufacturing date schedule against customer timeframes Systems proficiency with good Excel/data management skills Ability to cultivate positive and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders Advantages of Advancing Your Career with Carters Highly attractive remuneration package Stability and a focus on work life balance, this role offers permanent full-time employment.
