About the role This isn’t a typical service advisor seat. You’ll be the face and voice of Zeekr ownership — guiding customers through a brand they’re falling in love with, and an aftersales experience designed to feel as premium as the cars themselves. Responsibilities Welcome Zeekr owners and deliver a service experience that matches the prestige of the brand Manage bookings, job cards, customer updates and invoicing with precision Liaise between customers, technicians and parts to keep every job running smoothly Build genuine, long‑term relationships with an engaged and growing customer base Champion EV servicing know‑how as the technology and the brand evolves Ideal candidate You’re customer‑obsessed, organised and energised by the idea of getting in early on something big. You communicate with confidence, take ownership, and understand that great service is built on the details.
