Senior Client Services and Billing Specialist My client is a large national organisation with customers the length and breadth of New Zealand, as part of growth strategy and continuing their focus on customer service delivery they are looking for an energetic, dynamic Senior Customer Service specialist to support the customer billing function through working with team members, acting as an escalation point with clients, mentoring and coaching individuals whilst being a passionate problem solver. Responsibilities Leading by example Take ownership of client’s billing queries and their resolution Multitasking Supporting the Billing manager to deliver exceptional service Various operational responsibilities Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have the following experience: Exceptional communication skills (internal and external) Understanding of operational environments Stakeholder management experience / Customer Service Ideally an understanding of finance operations (AP/AR) Customer engagement Problem solving You will be an individual that likes to take ownership, gains satisfaction from the knowledge your customers have had an exceptional experience. You will enjoy building your knowledge and sharing it. You can juggle multiple balls at the same time and deliver on your promises.
