Southern Cross Health Insurance in Auckland is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to join our Contact Centre whānau. You’ll support members across all channels, delivering service that reflects our values and brand promise. The role starts with a five-week training programme, then ongoing mentoring. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm, with an Auckland-based role and no remote options.
